Public Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned include items that were:

* incorrectly purchased,

* damaged due to customer mishandling, 

* items purchased on sale,

* gift cards,

* personalized products,

* cases where the customer simply changes their mind (buyer’s remorse).

If the condition of the returned product is unacceptable, we may refuse a return or exchange if the returned product does not meet the required conditions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to an address provided after your return request is reviewed and approved.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When contacting us to initiate a return, please provide the following information:

1. Order Number

2. Proof of purchase

3. Clear photos or a short video of the product showing the issue

4. Full shipping address

5. Phone number

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return procedure duration

It can take up to 14 working days from the date we receive the returned product to process the return. Once the return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that in some cases, the refund process may take longer due to additional inspection steps required by our suppliers.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. After inspecting it, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note:

* The cost of the item is refundable only if the item was faulty or sent in error.

* Original shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable.

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly sent item.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
