Order Processing Time

All orders placed on our website enter the processing stage on the same day, unless they are submitted on a weekend or public holiday. In such cases, processing will begin on the next business day.

After your order is placed, we coordinate with our supplier to confirm product availability. If the item is in stock and no issues are found, the order will be registered and finalized in the supplier’s system, and at this stage, your payment will be processed and charged to your account. If the supplier is unable to confirm stock availability, the order will be canceled and no payment will be processed or charged.

Once the order is finalized in the supplier’s system, it typically takes 1–3 business days for them to prepare the order and have it ready for shipment. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

During high-traffic periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, or in the event of unforeseen logistical issues, order processing and shipping may be delayed by up to two weeks.

 

Shipping Methods and Destinations

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Free

Express Shipping: Paid

  •  Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the status of your package. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, please get in touch with us for further assistance.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or increased order volume. 

We currently ship to the following countries. This list will be updated and expanded gradually. Please ensure your address and destination country are correct when ordering.


Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and not reported to us immediately (before processing), the customer will be responsible for any delivery failures and the cost of reshipping. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address. Since orders are fulfilled by external shipping partners, we are unable to alter the delivery details after the package has left the warehouse. Therefore, customers are responsible for any lost shipments due to incorrect addresses, relocation, etc.
  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in the mailbox. If the package is not collected within 15 days, it will be returned to the warehouse, and the responsibility lies with the customer.

 

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

In some countries, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases where the item was faulty or sent in error. For all other return reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
